Negotiation & Counter Offer Strategy
We provide negotiation support and prepare counter offers professionally, keeping negotiations moving while protecting your position. Multi-offer strategy included. (Smart Sell and Smart Sell Plus only.)
Buyer Agent Communication
We handle all communication with the buyer's agent on your behalf, ensuring professional and timely responses throughout the process. (Smart Sell and Smart Sell Plus only.)
Agreement Preparation
Once an offer is accepted, we prepare all required documentation accurately and ensure everything is in order.
Condition Removal Support
